Each year, we will mail your Annual Pension Statement to the address we have on file for you. This is your personalized information, and the information contained in your statement is based on records provided to us by your employer. It’s important to note that the information in your Annual Pension Statement represents your pension as of the end of the previous year December 31st, so may not capture any recent changes or updates.

Why should I review my Pension Statement?

It’s essential you review your statement each year to ensure our information on file is correct. If you happen to find an error, we’ll work with you to confirm the correct information and adjust your file. These changes will be reflected on your next statement.

To change your personal information or correct an error on your statement, please send us an email at statements@Provident10.com. In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • The last four digits of your SIN
  • The information you wish to change or correct
What if my address has changed?

Because we distribute Annual Pension Statements by mail, it’s important we have your current mailing address on file.

If you have recently changed addresses, or are planning to change your address soon, please send an email to pensions@Provident10.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your date of birth
  • The last four digits of your SIN
  • Your old address
  • Your new address
