Since 2017, Provident10 has been serving the public service employees of Newfoundland and Labrador. At more than 68,000 members (and growing), we are one of the largest public service pension plans in Atlantic Canada.

We deliver plan administration services and oversee management of the Public Service Pension Plan investment portfolio with one goal in mind: protecting the financial health of the Plan and helping Plan members navigate their pension journey.

• What is the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP)?

  The Public Service Pension Plan is a defined benefit pension plan, offered to current and former public service employees in Newfoundland & Labrador.

  Plan members are assured a guaranteed lifetime pension payment at retirement. It’s a predictable pension payment that you can depend on. In addition, the Plan protects you and your loved ones with survivor benefits and a disability pension.

  Your contributions are matched by your employer, and the Plan is managed by Provident10’s team of professional, experienced investment managers. And when you’re ready to retire, our early retirement options and retirement ready supports are there to support you in the next stage of life.
