For questions related to your pension, tax slips, personal exemptions, direct deposit banking, or pensioner death notifications, please contact our partner, CIBC Mellon who have been managing our pensioner payroll services since 2021. Let them know you are a member of the Provident10 plan when you call or send a letter.

When contacting CIBC Mellon, you will be asked to identify yourself by providing your full name, date of birth, Member ID (located on the first line of your pay statement). This security measure helps safeguard your privacy and confidentiality.

  • How do I set up direct deposit?

    To receive pension payments directly to your bank account, complete and sign an online direct deposit request form through CIBC Mellon, attach a void cheque and mail the information to their office.

    Please note that CIBC Mellon requires 10 business days before your next payment date to process the changes.

    You can also call the CIBC Mellon toll free retiree center at 1-800-565-0479 to arrange for a secure email to be initiated so you can receive and return an electronic fillable direct deposit form.
