T4A Slips Have Been Mailed
T4A tax slips were printed and mailed by CIBC Mellon in late February and are being delivered by regular mail. Delivery times can vary, so pensioners are asked to allow 10-15 business days for their slip to arrive.
At this time, many T4A slips may still be in transit.
If You Haven’t Received Your T4A
To allow sufficient time for mail delivery, Provident10 will begin accepting T4A reprint requests on March 16 for members who have not yet received their slip.
When submitting a reprint request, members will be asked to confirm their verification information.
Important Mailing Information
Please note that mailing address changes for CIBC Mellon were capped in mid-January. Any address updates made after that time were not reflected in the T4A mail‑out.
Online Access
Some members may also be able to access their T4A tax slip directly through their account on the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) website.
