Manulife has been selected as the new partner to provide independent medical advisory services for the Disability Pension under the Public Service Pension Plan (PSPP).
The process of completing the changeover to Manulife will be effective November 1, 2020.
It is important to note:
• There are no changes to the benefit itself
• There will be no disruptions in service to Plan members
• The request for a new partner was to ensure that Provident10 continues to support and enhance Plan members’ experience
