Provident10 is very happy to announce that we have been recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers of 2022!
Atlantic Canada’s Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This special designation recognizes the employers in Canada’s four Atlantic provinces that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.
We’re a young organization, and so we’re very pleased we’re receiving this designation after only five years in operation.
“Since the very beginning of Provident10, our people have been a critical factor in our early success. I’m very proud of this accomplishment and the work we’ve done to get here. It really has been a team effort,” says CEO, Chuck Bruce.
In our first five years, we’ve focused on implementing policies and initiatives that are employee-focused and help make Provident10 a great place to work. Things like employer-matched contributions to the PSPP; maternity leave top-up; learning and development program; and in-house health and wellness initiatives were all developed with our employees top of mind.
As the organization evolves to the next phase of our journey and we set our sights on long-term growth, investing in initiatives to elevate the talent experience remains a priority. We’re committed to building an organizational culture where our core values and beliefs are modelled top-down and lived bottom up.
